OUR SUCCESS FEE STRUCTURE

Occassionally, we offer to work with eligible startups on a longer-term success-fee contract. If your startup is eligible, we will send you our success fee contract that will follow the below payout structure. You would need to commit to work with us for a minimum of 2 funding rounds. The success fee is applicable per round. See below for an example.

Example:
Tech Inc is an eligible startup for our success fee contract. In year 1, using our pitch development services, Tech Inc raises $800,000 from investors in a seed round. The success fee due to us for this round will be (5% x $800,000 = $40,000).
In year 2, Tech Inc raises $2,500,000 in a series A round. Tech Inc is under contract to use our pitch development services for this round. The success fee for this round will be (4% x $2,500,000 = $100,000)
In year 3, Tech Inc raises $9,000,000 in a series B round. Tech Inc is no longer under contract to use our pitch development services for this round. However, if they choose to do so, the success fee for this round will be 3%
